On August 1st, the Messages Quartet, along with Ania Karpowicz and David Krakauer, will open the WarszeMuzik Festival. During the “Dreams and Prayers” concert, Oriana and other artists will perform Osvald Golijov’s moving work Dreams and Prayers of Isaac the Blind (1994).
The concert program will also feature two exceptional works: Mieczysław Weinberg’s Aria Op. 9 (1942) and Aaron Copland’s Threnodies I & II (1971).
